I used to love HP printers but no more. They are all buggy crap. The last one I had, the 7525 series, would whir, click, and make grinding noises for almost a minute before it would print anything - every time.
Similar experience here. We also have had bad experiences with microsoft product support.
I LOVE the Apple Support! You pay through the nose, but it’s worth every penny! They do give your money’s worth. I’ve called numerous times, and it has each time been a FUN session! They really do have VERY well trained people manning the phones.
