I expect that the Democrats will hit Donald Trump really, really, really hard for his past support of Democrats. It will absolutely destroy Trump in the General Election.

Cruz Carly ticket is horrible, probably the worst ticket in 60 years. If that is the big announcement, it will hurt him even more if that is even possible. His only hope would be to run with Kasich as VP but Mr. K would only demand it the other way around. I actually think pankake kasich has a better chance now.
A Cruz Carly ticket is like Green Eggs and Ham. Cruz is the green eggs.
I would suspect he’ll announce that Governor Whitey Pence is endorsing him. The GOPe will go all out again in Indiana to swing the vote to the canadian. The hatred of Trump only gets stronger the closer he gets to the nomination. Trump will counter with Bobby Knight’s endorsement and he’s more popular in Indiana than Whitey.

I believe Trump will be the candidate, but folks really need to stop mocking Cruz and Kasich, that’s not wise. The two simply need to be reminded of the need to drop out.
How would that help Hillary? That might pull dem voters toward Trump
He’s winning by a landslide? He has just been crowned King of all? He is going to be Hillary’s running mate?

If you think about it, Trump can hit back with the idea that dems and repubs have made it NECESSARY for high-profile business men to buy influence - and can paint the dems into their own corner. It won’t effect LIVs very much, except for those who will get excited over career politicians being on the defensive.
But it will get the attention of every business person who has to deal with government and political bureaucracies.
He is Expected to make major announcement at a campaign rally between 4-5:30...means he’s not dropping out and 5:1 announcing endorsement or VP
