I don't think at this point that the FBI will refer charges to Justice for reasons explained here, though I could very well be wrong. But the fact is, even if Director Comey were to do that, there is next to no chance that the Justice Department will pursue an indictment against Clinton. President Obama has vouched for Clinton and stated his opinion that national security was not endangered by her actions. All that may be improper, but it clearly communicated his preference that Justice not pursue an indictment. His designee at Justice, Loretta Lynch, will make those determinations (in theory), and given Obama's clearly stated views, she is about as likely to endorse Trump for president as she is to seek an indictment against Hillary before the Democrat convention. And along those lines, remember that the thought of Sanders getting the Democrat nomination is as distasteful to that establishment as the idea of a Trump nomination is to the Republican one.

This is another example of an article that ignores the other aspect of the investigation which is racketeering. Whether Obama likes it or not he’s got a firm grip on a tar baby (Hillary). It’ll be interesting to watch for changes in his demeanor when those details leak out.
We’re seeing a perfect setup for Hillary’s political death. Trump is virtually assured the number of delegates needed for the nomination. Sanders won’t drop out. He’s continuing. Between the two of them Hillary has no where to go. Hillary’s the epitome of what Sanders has been campaigning against. Trump will turn any sign of a spark into a conflagration.
Do you need to be an AmericanThinker to figure out that outcome? We here have known that all along. The best we can hope for is that Comey leaks his referral of an indictment to the press.
Unless Comey holds a news conference stating that no crime or security breach was committed and the case was closed Hillary remains damaged goods.
Personally, my hope is that she gets hit by a house...

Hillary has been in hiding “from the people” since her campaign started. Trump will make her react. Obama is hiding also. That is why he is absent on the Police and dead soldiers aspect. He doesn’t want to be asked any questions. Either does Hillary. At some point she has to react. It will not be pretty.
If Trump is truly prepared for her, he should start hitting her over the head with her own actions. Early and often. People are realizing that Hillary is a total pandering A$$HOLE. She is getting millions less votes than Obama did. Trump is getting much higher votes than Rommey ever did. He is also dealing with the false polls which continue to understate his actual votes. Last night was proof. They have been holding up Hillary with these polls but won’t be able to do so in the general election. Her negatives are substantially more than Trumps’ no matter what the polls spin machine says.
Not sure if it could happen but Trump should talk about charging Hillary and her gang, the entire Foundation, Lynch and others when he reaches office. That will probably seal a Trump victory in Nov. and end this farce of an investigation.
The judge ruled yesterday that the case is going to trial. Fox News last night speculated that the court date would coincide with the first day of the GOP convention. If true, then that's a lesson on how the Democrat machine does it; Hillary walks away from the death of four SEALs, an Ambassador, and secrets leaks, and Trump goes to trial during the convention, probably on the day of his acceptance speech because "nobody is above the law."

When it comes to Barack Obama, a good rule-of-thumb is to always ascribe the worst possible motives, and you’ll come closer to the truth. Obama is posturing in order to obscure the FACT that he will (behind the scenes) DEMAND that AG Lynch proceed with the indictment. Reasons?
1-Benghazi. Why did they lie? To obscure the motive for the attack. (Iran?) An indictment is the only way to arrive at a plea-bargain, enabling Obama to seal not only her mouth, but some potentially damaging documents obtained in the content of......
2-Hillary’s home-brew server. Making the issue into whether she did or whether she didn’t damage national security limits the scope of discovery, and enables the penalty to be a slap on the wrist, she will accept the plea bargain, or go to prison.
3-Obama doesn’t want Hillary in the White House and the pair of Clintons in control of the global shakedown scheme to come. He’ll be just fine with Bernie. He’ll be just fine if the Democrat party loses. Obama doesn’t care about the Democrat party, hasn’t this become obvious? If Trump wins, and the Clintons marginalized, it’s a perfect storm for Obama.
4-Obama will become the head COMMUNITY ORGANIZER, agitating, dividing, speechifying, and spearheading the opposition to the Great Satan for years to come.
Look for Bill and Hillary to join with Donald Trump, in some way, perhaps a very surprising one, as the Obama/Clinton feud won’t die until they do.

What if Comey’s statement that he is in no hurry to reach a conclusion is a shrewd move to avoid putting it into the hands of a democrat controlled Justice Dept? What if he decided to wait until after the election to bring an indictment? Sure, Obama could Pardon her, but that would be a stinging admission that there is something to pardon. If Trump won, he MIGHT allow it to go forward. Perhaps I am delusional, but there may just be a method to Comey’s madness....
He was referring to the “Trump University” civil suit against the Donald.
