The video speaks for itself...only a moron would suggest the Cruz camp can just ignore it or that's its incumbent on the videographer to explain it.

The video didn't identify the person receiving the money as a delegate. Some anonymous third party presented that narrative along with the video. The choice of whether to believe that narrative or not is yours, along with the responsibility for having made it.
