Lena Dunham is an actress and creator and writer of the HBO comedy Girls. She is a strong Hillary supporter and works for Hilary's campaign. The picture in the article shows Dunham in a Hillary dress.
Other than Girls, she is known for her obnoxious arrogance and pretentious, left wing diatribes.
She also falsely accused a man of rape and tried to ruin his life. He asked her to retract but she refused. Only after he got lawyers involved did her publisher finally admit that her story was false.
She is also known for showing her lady parts on the her TV show.
