Napolitano, in case anyone forgot, is the one who has been predicting an indictment for many many months already.
So, what this article amounts to is a major softening, a capitulation, in Napolitano’s story.
I’m glad I have ignored his analysis so far, and I will continue to do so.
I think she did far worse than that, and should probably be hung for treason, but I'm only being realistic.

I agree on the email and handling of classified materials. People don't tend to relate to that subject well. That said, I think the Judge is making two assumptions that I tend to agree with. One, that there are still men and women on honor serving in the FBI and DOJ that will leak like a sieve if there is evidence and they feel justice is being thwarted. Two, if the leaking shows evidence of vast monetary corruption and criminal enterprise between Hillary and the foundation donations, I think even rabid Dems will turn on her.
Obama may have to indict her for the Dems to even have a candidate come November.
Yep. The MSM’s burial of Gary Aldrich happened so quickly it had physicists relooking the possibilities of exceeding the speed of light.
Big time. If a Saturday night massager-esque operation occurred, theOne would accuse the leakers of being right-wing extremists and not being detached professionals. The guardians of extremism in the MSM would parrot that narrative to the exclusion of all countervailing evidence.
