Judge Napolitano says FBI has “overwhelming” evidence to indict and convict Clinton

On “The O’Reilly Factor” last night, Judge Andrew Napolitano said the FBI is in the final stages of its investigation into Hillary Clinton and her private email server, and he believes the agency has more than enough evidence to indict and convict her…

“The evidence of her guilt is overwhelming,” Judge Napolitano stated. “And the FBI knows a lot more about it than I do.”

He said he is “100-percent certain” that the FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict.

Whether they do or not, however, is another issue and a politically-charged one, Judge Napolitano added.

Judge Andrew Napolitano went on Bill O’Reilly’s show on Friday night and seemed to at least hint that it’s nearly a done deal. (Fox News)

“The decision is driven by politics and has already been made at a high level.”

Correct, and the decision is Biden/Warren.

She will be given a “blanket pardon” between November 5 and January 20th by Obama. one way or another. If we make it till then.

Her conviction would result in HIS conviction.

Maybe Trump could find/create a loophole. I would like to see her and her crippledick husband, and her main carpet munching girlfriend, Abedin, to be tried, convicted and punished for treason... which would open up the same set of charges on Obama and his handler-pet lizard-VJ.

If Trump (and not some Rino) gets the Republican nomination, there is no way Hillary will be indicted. Hillary is The Savior (from Trump). Even Charles Koch will vote for her.

“Hillary Clinton is a lying, thieving, bullying, dirty little snot from Illinois.”

Hillary may be all those, but one thing she will NOT be is indicted.

Does Hillary not have to be indicted and convicted before she can be pardoned?

Ask Gerry Ford about that.

It’s the queen’s minion’s that are vulnerable. The Clinton crime family is more extensive than you know.

The issue that will sink her is the racketeering. That is what is taking the FBI time to document thoroughly. The Clintons used a Canadian foundation to try and obscure the money trail. They never counted on the FBI reading their emails off the private server,

That was their Achilles heel.

It is my understanding that a Grand Jury indictment is not a vote for guilt or innocence.

It is a vote to see if they feel that there is enough evidence to warrant a trial.

It does not require a unanimous vote.

It requires a majority vote.

A Grand Jury normally has 23 members. That means the prosecutor only needs to convince 12 of them that there is enough evidence for a trial.

There is no cross-examination of witnesses by the defense. The defense does not call witnesses.

I wonder if in her hatred of the USA she put classified information on her server to be picked up by foreign countries in return for payments to the Clinton Foundation. Greed, hate and narscissm.

That is the very reason for the Clinton Foundation and the personal server, pay the foundation and receive access to what you paid for.

You are correct in that Hillary will walk away from everything including her campaign as a matter of necessity. If she persists the evidence of racketeering is airtight. Obama risks that being his legacy down through history. That won’t happen once the massive scale of criminality is revealed. Hillary will have to chose between being charged and indicted or playing too sick to face charges. She’ll chose the sick option which takes her out of the public view allowing Obama to pardon her on the way out.

If I recall correctly, Judge Napolitano was not a Fox host-—barely a regular-—back in the Clinton impeachment days and he routinely said that they would convict Clinton and he was finished. Please let me know if anyone remembers differently.
