Find it hard to believe that one Barrack Obama, the pResident of the USofA would actually break his word or not follow through with a promise he had made.
The ONLY thing he has done in regards to campaign promises is UNITE the countries of the world and citizens of the US in the regard that it is hard to find ANYONE with a smidgen of common sense that doesn’t think he is little more than a ‘Court Jester’ (sorry for insulting the Court Jester’s of the World) and fool.
