Really makes no difference how far Trump’s up. Primaries and caucuses mean nothing if another candidate can go into the state AFTER the election and steal all the votes. Cruz is doing it all over country. Maine was the latest, where the SOB won 12 to Trump’s 9 delegates during the caucus, then signed a pledge he would not try to steal anymore, then sent his henchmen yesterday to bride Trump’s delegates. Cruz walked out the door with 19 of the delegates in a race that was already over. Trump won 9 on election night, now sleazy Cruz has stolen 8 of them. He’ll do the same thing in Indiana on May 3. Two weeks ago the GOPe awarded 57 of the 58 delegates to Cruz...........and they ain’t even had the election yet! Cruz should skip Indiana. The fix has been in for the last two weeks.

I think you misunderstand what is going on. Most of those delegates that Cruz is supposedly stealing are still bound to Trump on the first ballot. Trump winning on the first ballot will render all this other second ballot nonsense moot. Also, Cruz would need to steal about 600 second ballot delegates while holding Trump under 1237. It now looks like worse case scenario for Trump is 1200 delegates which means that Trump needs to find 37 while Cruz needs to find 600.

I'm not defending in any way whatsoever what Cruz is doing but it's not going to amount to a hill of beans and Cruz is basically showing himself to be a petty person who puts his own personal ambition ahead of what is good for party and nation.
