Former frontline CIA Officer Scott Uehlinger says Hillary Clinton clearly broke the law with her private unprotected server.

Uehlinger explains, “What the Clintons rely on is most Americans don’t really understand the security procedures. So, they can throw up a lot of smoke and mirrors that confuses people and makes them think that this was not so much of a problem. But people in the military and people in the intelligence community understand this better, and certainly it is even worse than it appears. . . . "

"The fact that she set up a private server, in and of itself, means she is guilty of a felony right there. Obviously, by having a private server, she was conspiring to evade her signed sworn statements that she would uphold secrecy agreements. The fact that she simply established that (private server) regardless of what was on it, she intended to go around and circumvent the law. Now, we had more than 100 highly classified emails on the server, and the fact that this server is absolutely vulnerable to any Chinese, Russian or Iranian hacking, this is the greatest disaster or mishandling of classified information at the upper levels of the U.S. government in history. There is no question about it.”

1. You’ve received a Vince Foster threat.
2. You’ve received so much money, its worth a minor jail term.
3. You’ve received a lot of money, and you are allowed to co-operate after November.

As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.

At the time, both Rosatom and the United States government made promises intended to ease concerns about ceding control of company assets to the Russians. Those promises have been repeatedly broken, records show. (hat tip amorphous)

Is it just me? Or maybe I should rephrase that, I'm sure there a lot of people who have the same questions as me about the Clinton deal.

Is there anybody up there in the federal government who can actually assert their authority and get their sh*t together enough and wrap this investigation up on the e-mails, illegal server, improper handling of top secret and classified information? What is the problem and hold-up? General Petreas was investigated and charged in a very short time. The frickin' feds can't see their way to get this Clinton deal wrapped up before the election so the people know how bad this lady is before they vote?

No wonder so many people are coming out to support Trump. They are sick of having politicians who are crooks and behave unethically in office, like Clinton. The legal oversight process is such a disaster because there is too much politics and partisan pressure and power involved.
