If someone refuses to testify, would the immunity deal be off the table if he is now summoned? Does this mean he was summoned but pled the 5th?

Unreal; these people have learned NOTHING.

Unless they have his statements on tape; THEY HAVE NOTHING.

But, I guess they never were going to make anything of all the criminal activity by Clinton; probably because she has goods on most of them.
