Therefore , there is only one statement, uncontrovertible, for the defense to argue against , not multiple statements.
There’s evidence she ordered her office to commit felonies that resulted in the death of American service members and assets. And she’s still running for President.

No immunity if he doesn’t testify. Yank the deal off the table and send the Sergeant-At-Arms to drag his butt into to jail until he rethinks his position. Waterboarding is recommended.

Seems to me that testifying before Congress is a pretty worthless endeavor. Nothing ever comes of it. Did the FBI grant him immunity?
