Ted Cruz Attacks Trump Over Support For Transgender Men "Pretending" To Be Women
Real Clear Polirtics ^ | April 22nd, 2016 | By Tim Hains

Ted Cruz's campaign produced and released this attack ad overnight, after Donald Trump came out in favor of allowing transgender people to use the bathroom of their choice, rather than the bathroom corresponding to their birth. The Cruz campaign has seized on this issue as a clear indicator that Donald Trump is "not a conservative."

"Leave it the way it is," Trump said. "There have been very few problems."

"Should a grown man pretending to be a woman be allowed to use the women's restroom?" asks the Cruz campaign, calling the bathroom issue "PC Nonsense that is destroying America."

"North Carolina, what they're going through with all the business that's leaving, all of the strife -- and this is on both sides. Leave it the way it is," Trump said at a town hall on NBC's 'Today Show' Thursday. "People go, they use the bathroom that they feel is appropriate."

Cruz has launched an extended media attack campaign against Trump on this issue, doing interviews with his two biggest media backers -- Glenn Beck and Mark Levin -- about the transgender issue Thursday.

Now that Target has announced they will allow trannies to use the bathroom of their choice nationwide, it's apparent we need a Federal law to prevent it.

And, we need the prominent and Principled Conservative Ted Cruz to champion that law.

Not about me personally. How about answering the questions?

What about little girls in the bathroom with a butch lez??

If a transgender man dressed as a woman used a woman’s bathroom who would know? He have to pee in the sink!

If a transgender woman dressed as a man used a men’s bathroom who would know? They couldn’t use the urinal.

So how would they be identified?

There is no such thing as a "Transgender Man". If you were born a man, then you are a man. Period. No amount of genital mutilation is going to change that.

Further the whole issue is not about cross dressing freaks, but the Law in Charlotte that caused this firestorm was a law which required businesses to allow anyone in any restroom depending on their feelings and not the way they are dressed. In other words any man claiming to be "gender neutral" or feminine or a lesbian trapped in a man's body would be free to walk into a women's restroom, pull out his schlong and do his business right in front of women and little girls.

North Carolina stood up to the LGBT lobby and said that the only bathroom you can use must conform to the gender on your birth certificate (which was the law that was already in place in North Carolina) and passed a law prohibiting cities and counties (which are the creation of the state) from passing laws and ordinances which were in contradiction to the bathroom laws that had been on the books for decades.

LGBTrump tries to claim that this is a States Rights issue after saying he is perfectly fine with men using women's facilities and then at the same time he ridiculed North Carolina for passing a much needed law to protect women and children from sexual perverts.

If LGBTrump thought that this was an issue for the states, then he should have stood up for North Carolina rather than throwing them under the LGBT bandwagon.

Anybody who thinks that changing the captain on the Titanic at this time is going to make a real difference to the outcome...is much more optimistic than I am.

Not about me personally. How about answering the questions?

Your questions (about enforcement of laws against transvestities/etc. using the public bathroom/shower/sauna/etc. of their choice) miss several points:

1) The fact that governmental LAW is PROTECTING this perversion is a devastating blow to the culture, and it's a sure way to help it get entrenched more deeply and quickly. That's bad.

2) Laws against "free choice of rooms for undress" help prosecute "near-miss" cases where the perpetrator didn't actually get to commit a felony; the B.S. of "I wasn't trying to grab anything; I was off-balance, and I tripped!" wouldn't be able to evade the fact that they shouldn't have been there in the FIRST place. Which is better: MORE layers of protection (however imperfect) against perversion, or LESS?

It's arguments like yours which allowed sodomy to be legalized in the USA.

Nah, man. This is the one that is dangerous:

If dudes start looking like this, we're in deep kimchi.

(though I suspect this is a biological female who is so far left that she is now trying to pretend to be "gender neutral" to gain SJW street cred)

So when sodomy was illegal was it happening? When abortion was illegal was is happening?

Like Apostle Paul said the law doesn’t contain the power to live it - and never will.

I wonder how difficult a “xy/xx” gender sensor would be to develop.

Understandable!

That’s alright, we will “let” her into them men’s room.

(Actually we have no choice, look at her, she looks like she can pee wherever the heck she wants, only question I have is is she merciful enough to let me pee as well!?)

Ahh, I am just kidding, sort of.

So how would they be identified?

This whole issue is just a distraction. It was a “gotcha” question. It would have been the wrong answer no matter what Trump said.

I don’t care who is in the stall next to me. I want to do my business and get out. Not make new friends.

This isn’t even on my list of campaign issues. We have bigger fish to fry!

Yup. The Potty Patrol is back in action, for a second entirely productive day of hysterical shrieking and blubbering.

Well, then: they can go right ahead and focus on the burning, all-important end times issue of ever-vigilant potty patrolling... and, in the meantime, I'll just hang out over here with the larger group more concerned with matters of national sovereignty and survival. Whatever allows them to feel the most useful, ultimately.

Their heads... their voices. Not my problem. ;)

I think Trump was not informed about why the North Carolina legislature made the law in the first place. North Carolina has state law that forbids men from declaring they are transgendered and entering women’s restrooms, dressing rooms and showers. The city of Charlotte passed an ordinance that allowed transgendered men to do so, violating state law. What the legislature did was forbid their cities from passing laws that violate established state law. I think Trump did not know this detail.

Trump was half right when he declared that North Carolina should “Leave it the way it is.” Exactly. They were leaving it the way it was in state law and not letting cities like Charlotte change it.

I will let the Trump nit pickers dig up the North Carolina state law on the subject and print it out here on the forum. Then tell me why Trump was wrong to say, “Leave it the way it is.”

Finally, I will continue to debate the Trump nit pickers on this subject until they stop their foolishness. These transgender people are human beings in need of psychological counseling. Natural law has deemed them male and, due to their illness, they are pursuing a destructive lifestyle that will cause endless heartache, costly and painful physical modifications and social accommodations that will be endless and costly. It is the same mental illness that causes drug addiction; the same sickness (IMHO) that just killed Prince Rogers Nelson.

In the meantime, we do have laws on the books for voyeurism, pedophilia and exhibitionism. Those who violate such laws, whether in bathrooms, showers, dressing room, or wherever, get categorized as sexual offenders. With that on their record, their future life is not favorable. It is important that they get help before they get in trouble with the law. It is important they get help before they suffer medical complications if they resort to surgical modifications that will never accommodate the illness that causes their misery.

It does you and Trump no good to call the Cruz supporters haters and other nasty names. It makes them even less likely to vote for Trump. You guys are shooting yourselves in the foot.
