I was a Cruz guy until he voted for TPA and TPP and all that crap. It wasn't necessarily that he was in favor of some kind of trade agreement, but that he voted to surrender the Senate Treaty power to Obama that caused me to stop supporting him. I was a Trump supporter for a season until I realized that he was just a snake oil salesman who is going to govern as a thin skinned narcissistic tyrannical lefty rather than as a constitutional conservative. Frankly I doubt he has ever even read the constitution.
I only wish there were an alternate choice. But the book of Daniel tells us that God gives us the basest of men as our leaders. He certainly found the basest of men this time around.
Our only hope is to hold these men's feet of clay to the fire. But nobody will do it. All they care about is the D------ Wall. Newsflash, he ain't gonna build it and Mexico ain't gonna pay for it. And we're not going to do a d------ thing about it.
We will just go on the slope downwards and people like us and conservatives will become more and more a minority as more and more parents I see never warn or teach their kids anything about the future of the dangers which face our country or morals.

My daughter just turned 15 and she said she wants to get a job in law, FBI or military as she wants to help people.
My other son has just joined the marines.
My youngest 13 is looking at becoming a cop or military.
All of them want ot help the country and people, and yet we get grown ups who only care about themselves, their money and their power.
