Because it’;s against the law for them to do so, and most people understand that we as a society would never ever legalize such behavior because it’s an unspoken rule that perverts will be dealt with very forcefully IF they are caught doing so- but again- we have laws against this for hte protection of kids- now we want to do away with protections by allowing men to use women’s bathrooms?

Sure there is- build tranny bathrooms since this issue is NOT going to go away- But that is NOT what trannies want- they want ot be able to use bathrooms opposite their agenda- they will never stop until they get this- Make no mistake about it- building them separate bathrooms will not stop them from further attacking the morality of America- no more so than allowing gay people to marry stopped them from attacking Christian businesses and Christian schools, and Christian individuals
The fact is that the simple (but costly) solution is to provide a separate bathroom for trannies- as much as we hate even having to be forced to capitulate this point for financial reasons- Since America won’t do the right thing and BAN all sex changes as morally indecent and sick- and forbid people from claiming they are something they aren’t- otherwise they go to a mental ward- then we are going to have to come up with the only real solution to this moral mess that has befallen us-

In Jenner’s case he is famous and has declared his attraction for women. In other cases where obviously a man in a dress is in the bathroom, how in the heck are they ever supposed to know one way or another? That’s my point, are they out of luck or what? I mean I think private businesses should be able to decide for themselves what to do as business decisions. Trump decided he would let Jenner use whatever bathroom he wanted in his building, his women customers are free not to use his building I guess if it matters to them.
But a law telling a business what they should do or not? Dude, it’s really not that hard, right?

I don't know about the Charlotte law, but I agree that seems nonsensical as well.
Again, I find all of this strange and confusing.
I'm pretty sure though, that the determining factor for one of these people using a bathroom shouldn't be a subjective view of the general public as to who looks "transitioned enough."
I've got to ask. Has this been a pervasive problem in North Carolina? Is there an epidemic of "normal" men using a women's bathroom?

Right now we are doing everything we can to try to stop perverts from doing this- ALLOWING perverts free reign of hte bathrooms of heir choice is Not a responsible response when it comes to protecting these little children you speak of in your anecdotal example- IF a law is passed, you WILL see many such incidents taking place- OR they will be buried i n the press because just like the repeal of don’t ask don’t tell i n the military causing major pikes in gay rapes, the law passers want to keep these facts buried so as not to reflect badly o n the sick perverts who commit these crimes-

We already have protections inplace- liberals, and apparently trump want ot remove what protections we have left- all to placate 0.03% of hte population for some sick reason-

What do you do when you are the only parent and your daughter has to use the restroom? You might personally make it a rule to always take your children out with both of you, I don’t know, but many folks can’t

And it doesn’t mean they are saints either- infact, there is a very very good chance they are mentally unstable and will be abusers themselves- many transgenders were sexually assaulted or abused as kids, and in turn they do the same to kids— many sex crime offenders claim to have been sex crime victims when younger- and many people who turn to things like homosexuality or transgender, do so because of trauma, sexual deviancy, or or mental problems- 50% or better of the trannies claim to have been abused sexually- and this puts them at a much higher risk of being abusers themselves statistically- so I’m not sure why we would want to legalize allowing people in a higher risk category for committing crimes against others, into bathrooms with our women and daughters-
It seem to me we should be doing everything possible to try as best as possible, to ensure the safest possible circumstances we can
Of course we can’t entirely eliminate risk, however, we can very definitely cut that risk down as much as possible
If i have a room that is full of something that is dangerous, I wouldn’t want my kids playing in that room- however, if i do everything i can to keep the dangers out, and even try to prevent possible dangers- to the best of my ability, then as a parent, that is my duty to try to ensure the best possible environment for the child- Again, we can’t eliminate all risk, but there are many htigns we can do to do the best we can to try to do so-

Need naked shots to determine if they are men or women. Remember they can use the locker rooms and walk around naked too! So even if they dress like a woman when they walk around naked...could you tell they were men? If so they have to use the men’s room.
If they don’t like it they can find a private stall somewhere. Why should we all suffer because of these few individuals?
That’s an idea. Naked ID cards for everyone. Then when you see a woman with suspicious “man hands” in a woman’s bathroom you can call 911 and the police can check their ID.
I don’t mean to sound liek I’m browbeatign you over htis issue, but I just thought of another very good reason why this is such a big issue- and it;s a point noone is addressing, or hasn’t thoguht about
If it become legal for trannies to use the sam bathroom as our wives and children, this is no longer even an issue solely about trannies- it now becomes an issue where whoever wishes to use the bathroom may- child rapists, peeing toms, perverts of all different stripes- not just sick, high risk for offending, trannies- anyone will be able to use the bathrooms- all they have to do then would be to say they identify as a woman or a girl, and legally there will be nothing we can do to prevent it-
Perverts of all persuasions are just giddy with excitement and bursting with anticipation over this issue- and fro m there it is just a small step away from crowds standing at our doors demanding we send out our guests or children to be raped- I’m sure hte peopel of soddom and ghomorrah never beleived it owudl get that bad either- and so they kept tolorating one perversion after antoehr-
Restrooms are a plumbing question. Your plumbing should match the sign on the restroom you use.
I recommend the port-a-john solution. All restrooms will be outfitted with one throne, one sink, one mirror and a lock on the door. One occupant at a time, just like home.

The every same people then say it is OK for a man to claim he is a woman and he can use the females locker room before going for a swim at a pool.
