Rubio does make a chihuahua look friendly, but he’s NOT a power person. Ted isn’t a power person, either. He’s more like bipolar.
The VP nominee needs to be a power person, because the senate is going to need that kind of person in order to be swayed to do what needs to be done to fix this country.
