I want Kate Upton!!!!
We should get rid of the penny and put George Washington on the $20. Put Truman Tubman on the penny if we really need it.
Jackson was the Democrat who gave us the Trail of Tears.
I have no problem offloading him from currency. It just needs to be repeated loudly and often that he was a Democrat.
LMAO!
Are you sure that isn’t Aunt Jemima?
Post of the Day! Outstanding!
Rush has always said a good choice for an important woman to be used as an example for anything would be Mary Jo Kopechne. She gave her life so that Ted Kennedy would never be president.
Post 23 gets that honor!
Oh, boy...Common Core strikes again.
She was a hardcore conservative Christian veteran who carried a gun so definitely a choice to change the image of Republicans for the better, even if I assume that wasn’t the intent.
I hear that Amos and Andy are going to replace Ben Franklin. Al Jolson, in black face, will replace Grant to pay tribute to people who are white, but who claim to be black.
And some store/cop who didn’t get the word will be arresting people for fake money; then too, the feds are going to wind up with a whole bunch of twenties to keep those Susan B. Anthony coins company. There won’t be enough people accepting the new twenty to make it work. There’ll be a run on fives, tens and fifties.
Good grief !
Isn’t is bad enough they are diluting the learning of real history with this affirmative action tripe?
Students of history used to learn about the greatest leaders in world history, the events, war, and leaders which shaped the world we live in today.
But now it’s the above plus and Harriet Tubman! (because she was black and we couldn’t find or think of anyone else the right color who did anything)
Give me a break, Alexander the Great, Ceasar, Genghis Khan, Nero, King George the III, Queen Elizabeth, Gandhi, Lincoln, Churchill, Stalin, Hilter, and .... Harriet Tubman? !!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! On a historical scale Harriet Tubman’s life was about as important as the lady at church who runs the library!
If I were black ... I would be INSULTED this is the best they could come up with !
On the other hand, I could care less about Jackson, and never understood why he was on anything to begin with!
I wonder if liberals are often surprised with what they constantly get away with. I blame those who enable them as much as I do them.
