According to Rush Limbaugh, when Hillary opts to use the RULES to get what she wants, it’s bad. When Ted Cruz does it, it’s good. Rush has preached for years about the need for conservatives to go out and change the minds of the American people; that that is the true way to achieve everlasting change. He trumpeted this strategy as the reason for the 1994 Republican victory in the House. The reality is that Donald Trump is playing this game straight up. He is going to the voters and convincing them that his way is better than Cruz’s. He’s taking it directly to the people, not winning through shrewd political maneuvers.

I never thought I’d say such a thing but I’m sick of hearing Rush.

Rush worships that Wall Street Bull... anything or anybody that appears to interfere with his cash flow is going to get his grief. Plus Trump is everything Rush wants to be, but Rush is too lazy to do anything more than talk for cash.
I listen to Rush and i am a Trump supporter... I feel Rush is trying not to pick sides, but is worried and trying to prepare us for a Cruz nomination in case it happens (he just wants to beat Hillary). I feel he knows Trump will win but Cruz he is worried and knows it will need as much of a united party as possible (and even thinks the establishment is cool with lose with cruz)...
Kind of like Trump. When Trump uses big government to screw us over, it’s a good thing! When anyone else does it to him, it’s mean and bad. It’s not an accident that he gave seven figures to the Clinton. He’s a Clinton in all but name.
Rush’s and teddy’s support for the rules, no matter how corrupt and unseemly, are so Pharisee.
Let’s try to avoid having Rush on the air again talking about people “going FReeper” on him.

Sorry I have been listening to Rush and I think Trump fans are delusional when the say Rush is carrying the water fro Ted Cruz.
Fact is, we have two very badly flawed candidates fighting for the GOP nomination. While both Trump and Cruz have some good things to offer, they both have done things to damage themselves.
Yes, when Trump says something stupid, or says something not true or whines when he loses, Rush calls him on it. He’s done the same to Cruz when he has blundered.
I think all Rush is doing right now is reporting what is going on and yes, offering his opinion.
Rush is still as conservative as they come and I know whether it is Trump or Cruz that is the nominee, Rush will work his butt off to get him elected.

I had to turn him off, and we have friends that did the same.
When he said that he got angry the way Rubio was being portrayed - he had jumped the shark, and I sensed he was never coming back.

Why is he being so dense? People call with good points and he goes into a huff and explains the rules again.
You callers are doing a great job and are the best part of the show. He is too much the insider or protector of Cruz to see the big picture?
Rush is right. You win by changing the hearts and minds of people - not looking for a loophole to exploit and earn something underhandedly and then screaming success.
Cruz can’t beat Trump, so he does this. He can’t do this during a GE, obviously, and he will lose.
Now that Cruz is all in, he succeeds or is dead in politics forever after this stunt. He just exposed the entire RNC system and now every state is going to have to deal with the fallout. Elections will be had, insurgents will win.
Death of RNC is at Cruz’s hands, not Trumps.
Why must Cruz bots always distort the truth? I could care less IF Rush came right out and endorsed Cruz... that is NOT the issue... it is that Rush cannot be intellectually honest... he plays fast and loose with 'facts', and attempts to paint images that are not based in reality. If you compare and contrast the lives of Trump versus Rush, Trump has actually been more conservative. I personally do not consider Cruz a conservative period.
Ok lets say there are no rules. So everybody can vote. Dems can vote in the the Republican Primary and visa versa. How about kids voting? Illegal? Why not there are no rules to go by.. I know let’s start voting in June for the November Elections.. good I idea huh? By the way Governor Moonbeam just signed a bill that allows illegals to vote in California..
Again, I’m a pro trump. I listen to Rush... I just think he does not want Hillary to win. He knows Trump will win. He is worried about all of the other possibilities the GOP might do and wants us to be united and says things unknowingly that come off (and rightfully so sometimes) as anti trump. I actually do not think he is anti trump, at all... The vast majority of time he goes out of his way, maybe too much, to not pick a side for certain situations and avoid being labeled as picking a side.

have been for about 5-6 years maybe longer now I deliberately don't want to know what he and other think. I just don't really care.
