A Tennessee transgender bathroom bill has failed after a sponsor pulled the measure until next year.

The move Monday comes after intense opposition from businesses and gay, lesbian and transgender rights’ organizations that called the measure discriminatory and amid questions of whether the state would lose more than $1 billion in federal education funds. …

The real heart of our concern is “Daddy, there’s a man in the bathroom wearing a dress.”

It is not a very defendable position when the left has all the big weapons and we have just the very few little ones.

Make no mistake, the weapon used primarily in this war is the Entertainment Media and the "news" media, and now online social media.

They color the world the way they want it to appear, and the foolish minds of our nation just soak it right up.

Until we have equal time on the airwaves, we are going to continue losing this war.

Forget it: children have no rights any more, starting with a right even to be born. Only weirdos and wealthy elites - generally the same people - now have rights.

When a few of these so-called “transgenders” get the crap beat out fo them by an irate father of a young girl who actually sees a man dressed as a woman in the girls bathroom,
lawsuits will fly...
In my opinion, all it would take is a chromosome test and the tranny’s lawsuit goes out the window....

The pansexuals insist on this nonsense to have the right to have access to molest your children and women in a bathroom where their genitals are exposed and vulnerable.

You are right, and the father will be lucky if he manages to escape going to prison.

That depends on the respect for the rule of law surviving “norms” such as this, and all indications are that it is close to an impasse. The family is the basic unit of society, not the government.

“Entertainment Media and the “news” media, and now online social media.”

So what’s all the f*****g power these entities possess?? Armies of faggies & GiBLeTs ready to invade peoples’ homes & offices & beat them senseless for opposing perverts’ bathroom bills?

Some trannie perv’s going to get beat down or else get a cap busted on himher. They think they own the place.

A dress? A man doesn’t need a dress to use a woman’s bathroom. He can just walk right in.

The family is the basic unit of society, not the government.

We are currently being governed by a clique that simply does not care. Here and in Europe, nobody cares that the demographics of society are collapsing.

They have that and more. Their most potent weapon is the ability to define what is "normal." They have this ability because they control the cameras and transmitters.

Some trannie perv’s going to get beat down or else get a cap busted on himher.

And when they do, someone is likely going to prison, or worse. Homos and perverts have become a protected class. The beatdowns need to occur to the Liberal Media people who are creating these conditions in the first place.

That’s part of the Marxist dogma of “abolition of the family”. Those bent on control among the governmental elites want to reduce human relations to its basest form, either not knowing or not caring that it will ultimately result in cosmocide.

Lynn had amended the bill so students who objected could be given an alternative, but opponents said it was still hurtful toward transgender students.

Oh yeah, we don't want to ever pass any "hurtful" legislation.

”… and amid questions of whether the state would lose more than $1 billion in federal [emphasis added] education funds. …"

Patriots, please note that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend, for INTRAstate schooling purposes.

In fact, consider that a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified in broad terms that Congress is prohibited from appropriating taxes in the name of state power issues, essentially any issue which Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

“Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

So the educational funding that the corrupt feds may possibly withhold from the states for not accomodating constitutionally unprotected, PC transgender issues is arguably state revenues that the corrupt feds have stolen from the states through unconstitutional taxes.

Remember in November !

If patriots elect Trump, Cruz, or whatever conservative they elect, they will also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to not only support the president, but also put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxing and spending.

In fact, note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
