Hillary Clinton leads Bernie Sanders nationally by just two points in the Democratic presidential race, according to results from a brand-new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.

Clinton gets support from 50 percent of Democratic primary voters, while Sanders gets support from 48 percent. That's down from Clinton's nine-point advantage a month ago, 53 percent to 44 percent.

‘Yeah, yeah, “Sanders would be easier to beat in November.” That’s the same crap the conservative blogosphere said about Obama during the Clinton-Obama Democratic Party primary in 2008. How did that work out?’

Voters think Sanders is authentic, whereas even Dems see Hillary as a liar. Sanders would be harder to beat—and he may yet win the nomination.

I cannot stand the thought of sleazy Hillary but if it is a choice of sleazy or a ranting communist I will take sleaze every time. Sanders supporters are probably at the very bottom of the food chain when it comes to dealing with economic reality.

Tide has definitely shifted to Bernie in the Democratic race. I see Bernie signs all over NY and CT. Not a single Shrillary sign.

I would be surprised if Bernie beat her in NY but it's possible. I do see it being much closer than the polls have it. And Bernie looks to do very well the following week.

Can't believe I'm "cheering" for Bernie. But she is such a reprehensible person.

The best case scenario for me would be for Bernie to surpass her in "won" delegates, forcing Shrillary to use her super delegates to put her over the top at the convention. That will cause massive turmoil and hysteria among the Democrats this summer.

And people thought that the Republican convention would be contentious!

Yep, we’ve survived hundreds of years of sleaze and corruption, but a ranting communist would be a much higher order

You may be surprised. The stench coming off Hillary is growing. After the revelations in the Panama Papers, the upcoming questioning of her aides by Judicial watch and the FBI interviews, her delegates won’t be answering her calls. She’s way beyond the hold your nose and vote anyway point.

By the time the convention rolls around a rabid skunk will be more welcome.

“Crooked Hillary is doomed in the General against Trump. ( She would badly beat Lyin Ted) . Trump is only 2 points behind her and he hasn’t even started on crooked Hillary yet!!”

Sorry. Incorrect.
Trump is minus 9.9 versus Clinton in the real clear politics average.
Cruz is minus 3.4 versus Clinton. Not winning but six points better.

Trump and Cruz do even worse versus Sanders.
Trump is minus 16.3 and Cruz is minus 11.2.

You’re right. That means Biden steps in at the convention. And, the commie picks up his marbles and runs as an independent. Hillary at that point will be either be undergoing medical treatment for a serious medical problem precluding her from running or taking a well deserved dirt nap.

I’m not surprised Trump is doing that good. Now that Trump is referring to her as crooked Hillary, I think his marketing genius has borne fruit. I want to hear her say, “I’m not crooked.” Trump has sprung the perfect, “When did you stop beating you wife?” theme on her.

The minute she says she’s not crooked, she’s as good as admitted it.

Conservatives need to get off their asses and go vote. Otherwise they’re supporting so-called progressives.

Why worry about a popular lead when you have your Stalinist (It’s not who gets the most votes...) super dels?

“The minute she says she’s not crooked, she’s as good as admitted it.”

Trump is very good at some things. Connecting Hillary to Nixon is masterful.

Do not get me wrong. I find much to admire in Trump and willingly support him if he is the nominee. I do get a bit frustrated with the sunshine pumpers who think the sun rises and sets in his ass.

I do read RCP. It is Gope rigged. Why do leave off half the polls? Totally worthless. Never waste any time with RCP.

As the song goes:
“A man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest.”

Seriously, the RCP is an average of seven polls. If the GOP were sufficiently cunning and powerful to rig all seven polls, we wouldn’t be having this conversation, we would be wondering what Jeb would say in his acceptance speech.

I just ask you to carefully note the bias in their selection of only certain polls and the consistent discrimination against other polling that may even have much better MOE. It became very apparent in the Florida primary polls where he polls left out of the average were correct and their polls were off by 20% !!
JUst so you dont think I’m making this up, I am looking at the NBC/WSJ poll April 12. Hillary 38% and Trump 36% Nationally. Ill give you the URL so you can see I am correct but in conclusion you can do RCP but always question why they include and why they exclude. It is because they are controlled by those who pay them .
Enjoy.http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/poll-voters-split-between-clinton-trump-hypothetical-november-matchup-n554306
