Cruz claims he's won 'landslides over and over' – even though only one of them held an election

Ted Cruz boasted Monday morning that he has won 'landslides' in the last five states to award Republican convention delegates, even though only one of those states held a popular-vote election.

'There have been a total of five states that have voted in the last three weeks,' he claimed during a town hall event on 'Good Morning America.'

'In those states, starting with Utah, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Colorado and Wyoming, 1.3 million people voted in those states. And he lost all five. We have won five in a row, and Donald's upset so he's throwing a fit.'

Cruz reiterated moments later that in 'five states in a row, we've won landslides over and over and over again.'

Maybe that isn’t his goal. Maybe he’s been promised a supreme court nomination in exchange for stopping Trump.

I don’t know how he can even believe that would happen. If Trump is not the nominee the GOPe nominee will lose to Shillary and there will be no goodies for sCruz

But maybe the GOP has some really stinky dirt on sCruz and so he is being blackmailed.

Immanent Domain requires the property owned to be paid for. It is not cheating people out of their homes. It is not kicking people out into the streets with nothing.

“Cruz is the epitome of the slimy lying lawyer.”

That pretty much sums him up.

He is counting on the media not confronting him with that lie. I wonder if Limbaugh or Hannity or Levin will point it out.

Our government is not a democracy. Never has been. But Trump apparently doesn’t know that. But he’s real smart you know. There needs to be a 3RD and 4TH party in this country with some muscle behind them but that is not what we have right now and we must deal with that. Cruz is my choice of leader to get us on the right track, but we must not get a Republican elected and then go back to ignoring politics in favor of football and NASCAR and Dancing With the Stars

Reading all these problems going on with a supposedly conservative Cruz, how can anyone at this point support Cruz and not be shamed for it.

Beyond despicable, dark and IMO far closer to evil than anything inspired by God.
Doesn't Cruz exhibit attributes more reflective of the anti-Christ than a President of the United States?

Already Cruz makes Obama look more honest. That is real bad.

Raphael Cruz is truly an international man of mystery as is Ted—as is Barack Husein Obama.

Why is Raphael kept on the margins of the Ted Cruz story? It seems that the father has a very interesting and compelling story being supposedly a refugee from Castro’s Cuba who arrived with a dollar in his underwear. A man who came from nothing, worked his way to an influential ministry and now has a son running for President. What a story that would make for the mass media but somehow he is always kept in the background.

So one man one vote is bull#%€t when Cruz is involved and we write the off as Republicanism and not Third World Country shenanigans?

The Republicans are going to give the country back to the people, after they take the primaries from the people. So sick of politicians of all stripes.

What You See is What You Get - The Dramatics

Some people are made of plastic
And you know some people are made of wood
Some people have hearts of stone
Some people are up to no good

But baby I'm for real
I'm as real as real can get
If what you're looking for is real loving
Then what you see is what you get

What you see is what you get
What you see is what you get
I said what you see is what you get now baby
And the real thing is the best thing yet

I bet you wish Cruz were only down by one point. The real score would be 6-3 maybe 6-4 at best.

A flat out lie that even Cruzloyalists cannot refute.

I keep asking Cruz supporters to show me a link with actual vote totals. I repeatedly get either "crickets" or "google it yourself". Tells me the Cruz crypto-Bush campaign is pushing a lie.

Maybe. Maybe not.

My estimates show that Cruz can get 1030 pledged delegates to Trump’s 984. Although there will be approximately 152 unpledged delegates, that would still leave Cruz short of 1237 even if 100% voted for him. This means the vote would go to a second ballot when delegates would be free to vote for other candidates.
