Despite the allegations brought by former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields, the state attorney's office in Palm Beach County, Florida, will not prosecute Donald Trump's campaign manager Corey Lewandowski for battery.

So as not to yield control of the next dozen or so news cycles to the media cry babies and women's BS crew.
Cory will do just fine with the Trump organization no matter what title is fed to the media and whiners.

This is all just BS! SHE should have been arrested for touching Trump. It’s a very serious charge if you touch someone under SS protection! A federal offense! Video clearly showed her touching Trump’s arm twice!
If the SS had been doing their jobs, Corey would not have had to intervene to shield Trump from her aggression. Plus, she had something in her hand when she did touch him. That could have been an assassination attempt. Or was it a microphone she hoped to drop in his coat pocket?
Fields has a vendetta against Trump. If you heard her question about Affirmative Action, she comes trying to draw Trump into a gotcha question so she can play the race card against him.
Fields is not giving up, hinting at defamation charges against Lewandowski because he dismissed her charges against him. In response to the reports the charges would be dropped, Fields tweeted: “Prosecutor’s office told me they would inform me of decision tomorrow. If reports true, guess they decided to leak to reporters first. Ugly.” She seems to be fishing for anything she can use to make a case of abuse. She reminds me of a slip-and-fall fraudster.

She said that now she will sue him in civil court.
That means it is also time to counter sue and enjoin all five of her victims that she falsely accused against her to reveal her true nature. Shine a little light on who she really is.
Trash will always keep coming back at you until you bury it deep enough that it will not return. They use the judicial system as their attack dogs by using false accusations. Now that she doesn’t have that shield, counter sue her for damages 100 times what she is after and allow her to pay for her own defense and experience a bit of her own medicine.

Fields said from the get-go that she didn’t want to file charges; she just wanted an apology. After the guy said she was delusional and that he never touched her, though video clearly shows he grabbed her arm, she filed.
The prosecutor or judge asked her if she would accept a formal apology. She said she would, so the guy is not being prosecuted.
Trump has just shown the country how to confront political prosecution.

It was a bogus charge that the prosecutor could not successfully argue before a jury, or even only before the judge.
Don’t deliberately go out and pick fights you do not have a reasonable assurance of winning.
Recall the strife that Michael Nifong, former DA of Durham County, North Carolina, endured. If ever a case went sideways for the prosecution, that would be a prime example.
Then why did Trump demote him?

He hasn’t been demoted. Trump is just adding someone else to his campaign....and obviously a spokesperson.
