The level of vituperation on this site does not bode well for the republican nominee, who will probably be either Cruz or Trump. The enemy is not one of these two men, the enemy is whoever the other side nominates.

It is absolutely imperative that, after the convention, the republican party unites around the nominee in an all out effort to save your republic. Failure to do so will mean the death of that republic.

I fear the future but I am preparing for it.

There was a time I would have agreed with you but not now

The enemy in our own party of arrogance. capitulation and statist cooperation in uniparty/globalist control of the United States population must be confronted and defeated

No more going along with the soothing “lesser of 2 evils” rhetoric because that is all it is, rhetoric

I have on occasions disagreed with you, but this time you hit the nail on the head.

It is imperative we act in a united manner. The Republic itself depends on our actions.

Obama and the Lying ComDems are the Enemy within the gates.

The voice of one crying in the wilderness. I hope voters are listening because we are headed right down the same road that was followed last election by many so called contributors here. If anyone needs reminding, the result was BHO for the second time, and for many completely and utterly mystifying.

To be more specific, you treasonous blastards who refuse to vote, or refuse to vote Republican, or refuse to vote for any nominated republican candidate, or refuse to vote for a specific republican nominee, are selling out the country if in this case Hillary or Bernie are allowed to waltz into the White House.

Never.

They are two heads of the same globalist stake. More people every day are finally waking to what they have planned for us.

Hillary, Cruz, Rubio, Kasich -- all owned and all pursuing the agenda of the same masters.

So if the people at the convention pick Kasich are you saying we should go all-in on his proposals? How about if they pick Ron Paul? Or Jeb Bush?

Saw the following on the web...

/I have learned the difference between a cactus and a caucus. On a cactus, the pricks are on the outside! /

I have been inside a local caucus...and inside a state level caucus...(Texas-conventions)

so...

I guess I am not a Cactus ! ( ; )

I will let Donald Trump be the Cactus.

BTW...in college at a state political caucus(Convention.)..I was taught to lie for political advantage...(yes...I support Cruz)please don’t stop reading.

Hope I have learned to be a better person from all my mistakes...(I don’t think supporting Cruz is a mistake)
but...

/As Mark Twain reputedly quipped, /it’s not so much what we know that gets us in trouble;

it’s what we know that just ain’t so./

We all know, don’t we, that strategic grand master Carl Clauswitzrl von Clausewitz defines war as “the continuation of policy by “other means”

(italics in original). Except he doesn’t.

Such an interpretation turns the concept Clausewitz wants to convey on its head. Now consider the proper translation. Pursuing political objectives

“with” other means connotes adding a new implement-namely armed force-to a mix of diplomatic, economic, and informational implements.

rather than dropping them to pick up the sword.

...after combat is joined. In this Clausewitzian view, strategic competition falls somewhere along a continuum

from peacetime diplomacy to high-end armed conflict. The divide between war and peace can get blurry./

http://thediplomat.com/2014/11/everything-you-know-about-clausewitz-is-wrong/

(We ALL assume that lying to our enemy is morally correct...don’t we?)

https://www.vocabulary.com/dictionary/assume

http://english.stackexchange.com/questions/29659/can-someone-explain-the-phrase-all-is-fair-in-love-and-war

So the real questions are, WHO is the enemy and What are our morals.

I hope and pray that other CONSERVATIVES don’t consider me an enemy... or that political infighting doesn’t lead to a demoncrat being elected.

I can vote for THE DONALD if Cruz is not nominated.

Screw THAT.

The enemy is Ted Cruz, an ego-driven nobody who doesn’t seem to have ANY sense of integrity at all (in spite of his incessant Bible-thumping).

I detest him MORE than Hillary, and I didn’t think that was possible.
