I am still in favor of keeping the electoral college versus going with a total decision based on overall popular vote. To me the regional interests in our confederation of states, territories and possessions need to be maintained.
Giving just a handful of counties and cities in this country with MASSIVE, MASSIVE populations the advantage of numbers of votes cast over the rest of this wide varying country would destroy us, our character, and our heretofore existence as ‘America’.
Oh, so am I...just saying the move to get rid of the electoral college AND people not understanding a parties delegate nomination process has brought us to...shall we say...”interesting times”
