Actually her ring is on her other hand. I think she converted to Judaism and the ring goes on the other hand.

Yes she is married. Her husband is Jared Kushner and they married in 2009, and have three children
I often had to take my wedding ring off because my fingers swelled especially in the summer and the ring hurt my finger. Maybe she has the same problem?
