Not everyone’s in to politics. It’s probably easier on them not to be.

No. She’s not register as a democrat. From the article:
neither Ivanka Trump nor Eric Trump is enrolled in a political party.

And they are not alone. If Sanders was a resident of New Mexico it would be a felony if he voted for himself in the primary. New Mexico is also a closed state even though our constitution declares it open. No Independent is allowed to vote in any primary election!!!!
Incidentally the Dims continue to support this travesty.

Eric runs the Trump Vinyard...in Virginia. He would not also be registered to vote in NY unless he was a democrat.
To: Kaslin
I actually went for years without registering with a party affiliation. In fact, the first time I voted in a primary was, I believe, when GW Bush ran. I’ve been voting since 1980.
When I call myself “exDemMom”, it is not quite true: I have never registered as a Democrat.
So, anyway, I can’t fault Trump’s kids for not choosing. It is not strictly necessary for exercising one’s right to vote.

Ivanka and Eric are not affiliated with any political party. So they are registered as Independents, lots of people do that.
New York requires existing registered voters to have registered to a party by October 9th of 2015, or if first time voter, by March 23th of 2016, to vote in a primary.
