Ted Cruz risks primary disqualification in N.J. resulting from charges of ballot access fraud

Ted Cruz risks primary disqualification in New Jersey resulting from charges of ballot access fraud. A primary ballot disqualification hearing is scheduled by the Secretary of State for Monday, April 11 at 9:00 a.m. in Mercerville, New Jersey.

Washington D.C. Law Professor Victor Williams charges that Ted Cruz fraudulently certified his constitutional eligibility for office to gain ballot access. Williams demands that Cruz be disqualified from several late-primary ballots: "Cruz committed ballot access fraud in each state when he falsely swore that he was a 'natural born' American citizen." Cruz was born in Calgary, Canada and held his resulting Canadian citizenship until May 2014. Cruz is a naturalized (not natural born) American citizen.

Williams' fraud charges had quick effect in New Jersey. Rather than accepting Cruz's ballot petition when filed last week, the Secretary of State ( Kim Guadagno) scheduled the unusual Administrative Law hearing for April 11. The Canadian-born Cruz must prove that he did not falsely certify his eligibility for office.

Cruz's ballot eligibility is also being challenged in California, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, Oregon, South Dakota, and Washington.

Look at all the first group of presidents and all of them at some point swore allegiance to the crown.

The Constitution specifically made them a special case, granting them NBC status constitutionally or do you not know that. More likely you are just here trying to confuse the issue.

it does not need interpretation as it has already been decided upon at least four times in the Supreme Court. Cruz is NOT eligible!

Here is a link to a copy of Cruzs mother birth certificate. I don’t know how to post it here.

Since the Anchor Baby is a citizen

No law or legislation exists that makes that statement true.

So, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court does not convince you, the authors of all the legal texts from the early 1800’s don’t convince you, dicta from US Supreme Court cases doesn’t convince you, but you are willing to take legal advice from who? All of the authority in this matter is in Cruz’ favor.

The Cruz birth records are not sealed. Senator Cruz’s records have the same privacy rights as that of any other citizen.

Only a judge can seal a record and any record that is sealed can be unsealed by court order. A judge can also take a look at any record in chambers without releasing the data publicly.

Records maintained by the federal government that pertain to Senator Cruz can be released under a Freedom of Information Act request.
Also congressional subpoenas have the same force of law as a judge’s court order. A committee of Congress could take a look at Senator Cruz’s records if they were so inclined. They aren’t.

There are no coincidences in politics, this is globalist’s dream if I ever did hear one.

Yes, it is more than just suspicious.

Of the 320 million people in the USA, their must be at least 250 million who meet the constitutional eligibility requirements of being a natural born citizen, AND being at least 35 years of age, AND having been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States. Of those 250 million, I'm quite sure we could also find more than a few hundred who are well-suited by character, knowledge, wisdom, management skill, etc., to successfully preside over the administrative branch of our government.

Yet, our short list of potentials for the past three election seasons has miraculously included more and more who have this questionable aspect to their natural born citizenship eligibility. This is not a coincidence. It is espionage of the worst kind; a direct attack on our US Constitution, that which so many of us have sworn to "... support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; ..."

I have the same opinion of those who knowingly commit voter fraud. Kill them all.

All of the authority in this matter is in Cruz’ favor.

All except the clear and concise words in the Constitution which you seem to disdain.

Lawyers who except payment to produce opinions that suit their customers needs are clearly biased don't you think?

If the situation were exactly reversed with Trump and Cruz, which side would you be on, and try and be honest.

Did you get citizenship papers when you were born?

Didn't even get a birth certificate though the Doctor who delivered me did file the certificate of live birth. Of course there were few foreigners in our country at that time. Population was a third of what it is now. Notations in family Bibles was acceptable proof because no one would write lies in their Bible. I joined the army with out any identification didn't get a real birth certificate until I was in my middle twenties.

There is no such thing as a person “naturalized at birth.”

That is complete gobbledygook.

Was there a judge in the delivery room waiting to lead the baby just emerging from the birth canal in the oath of citizenship and swear in the baby being born as a US citizenship?

It took my friend 10 years to be naturalized.

How can that happen ‘at birth?’

That is total nonsense.

“**Cruz’s ballot eligibility is also being challenged in California, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, Oregon, South Dakota, and Washington.**

They have all been thrown out.

At what point do you know that you are lying?

All of the court cases have been decided: Ted Cruz won.

No, not at all.

Once the question has been decided, it’s over.

By the way, the question has already been decided. It’s over.

Other way, around. Ted Cruz has already won in all the other States.
