Transgender Agenda Hits Funeral Home
American Clarion ^ | April 9, 2016 | newswire

Posted on 04/10/2016 4:32:33 AM PDT by kevcol

"The former employee who filed a complaint with the EEOC was at all times free to dress as desired outside of work," added ADF Legal Counsel Caleb Dalton, "but was required, as all other employees are, to abide by the dress policy while on the job."
.
.
.
The funeral home hired the biologically male employee as a funeral director and embalmer at its Garden City location in 2007. Funeral directors at the company regularly interact with the public, including grieving family members and friends. After informing Rost of an intention to begin dressing as a female at work, the employee was dismissed for refusing to comply with the dress code.

Not only would Rost be violating his faith if he were to pay for and otherwise permit his employees to dress as members of the opposite sex while at work, ADF attorneys explain, but the employee dress policy is also designed to be sensitive to interaction with customers at an especially delicate time of their lives.

a perfect example of a Phallic women....posed to instill fear in males:

quote:
Phallic mother

Freud considered that at the phallic stage of early childhood development children of both sexes attribute possession of a penis to the mother—a belief the loss of which helps precipitate the castration complex.[2] Therefter males may seek fetishistic subtitutes in women for the lost penis in the form of high heels, earings or long hair to alleviate the castrative threat[3]—terrifying phallic women such as witches (with their broomsticks) representing the failure of such substitutes to cover the underlying anxiety.[4] The female, whose love (in Freud’s view) was originally “directed to her phallic mother”,[5] may thereafter either turn to her father for love, or may return to an identification with the original phallic mother in a neurotic development.[6]

The phallic mother can be (though need not necessarily be) an actively castrative figure, stifling her children by pre-empting all room for autonomous action.[7] The Nineties New Man has been seen as covertly ceding the locus of action to the phallic mother.[8]
Phallus girl

Rather than seeking or identifying with the phallic mother, libido may instead be directed at the figure that has been termed the phallus-girl.[9] For the male, the phallus girl may be represented by a younger (perhaps boyish) girl, in whom he can find an image of his own adolescent self.[10] For the female, such a position may either entail a submissive merger with the male partner (identification with a body-part),[11] or an exhibitionist display of the self as phallus: as Ella Sharpe put it of a dancer, “she was the magical phallus. The dancing was in her”.[12]

Soft porn marks out the phallus girl through such symbols as whips, bikes and guns;[13] while she also underpins the action heroine such as Ripley or Lara Croft.[14]
Later developments

The twenty-first century ladette can be seen as a phallic girl—her emphasis on light-hearted, recreational sex serving as a passport to being ‘one of the boys’.[15

Very interesting. I would expect a Broadway director and production designer to have an intuitive understand of the unconscious effect of these concepts on the audience.

For extra impact, Brooke Shields is six feet tall without shoes.

Surely the people at the American Clarion have messed up. That photo is of a corpse. I think they photgraphed the wrong ‘person’.

It takes a “special” kind of person who would want to work with dead bodies.

Transgenderism is a kinky sex fetish. He’s probably into necrophilia, too.

The Christian funeral director may well lose this case, because, as we know, the trannies’ “rights” trump everybody else’s. If so, he’d be wise to install hidden surveillance cams to watch this freak every second he is alone with a body, so as to catch him in the act.

What the families of the deceased really didn’t like was when the transgender funeral director kept yelling at them: “it puts the lotion in the basket or it gets the hose again”.

And they surely didn’t appreciate the moths flying out of their family members mouths either!

“Transgenderism is a kinky sex fetish. He’s probably into necrophilia, too.”

My first thought. Would not want this person near a relatives body.

I saw one of these trannies at a conference at Lockheed Martin a couple of years ago. We had to sit through a two hour presentation on PC concerning these precious he/she’s right to work there without catcalls and to go to whatever restroom they wanted. The guy (he had a beard)was mentally deranged. I just don’t understand why he was still working there. Have you no right to fire the insane?

Yes, indeed. When I first saw a picture of her, I thought she had awful features, and very thick eyebrows. However, she is always described as beautiful.
