"The former employee who filed a complaint with the EEOC was at all times free to dress as desired outside of work," added ADF Legal Counsel Caleb Dalton, "but was required, as all other employees are, to abide by the dress policy while on the job."

The funeral home hired the biologically male employee as a funeral director and embalmer at its Garden City location in 2007. Funeral directors at the company regularly interact with the public, including grieving family members and friends. After informing Rost of an intention to begin dressing as a female at work, the employee was dismissed for refusing to comply with the dress code.
Not only would Rost be violating his faith if he were to pay for and otherwise permit his employees to dress as members of the opposite sex while at work, ADF attorneys explain, but the employee dress policy is also designed to be sensitive to interaction with customers at an especially delicate time of their lives.

Hopefully we can find them a planet with pink ponies and unicorns we can pack them up and send them to but I’m sure they probably wouldn’t want to leave seeing how it would be no fun not having Christians to bash / harass and young children to molest.
Molesting the young is how they procreate (recruit).
Grieving families, at a very sensitive time, do not want to deal with a freak.
That's a guy dressed up like a shiela!
By the looks of “it” it’s in the right place a funeral home!
As we used to say in the Army: fubar!
Freak. They are SO pushing us to the brink!!
And liberals are always talking about nature.
Well, wouldn’t nature dictate that evolution-wise, heterosexual men would be UTTERLY disgusted by “men” who had no desire to reproduce and were effeminate, thereby contributing nothing to the survival of the species.
No offspring, no hunting/gathering for the delicate creatures
It just keeps getting weirder and weirder. Before we know it weird will be normal. Or maybe it already is. Like others have said before me, “I’m glad I’m old”.
No way would I patronize a funeral home with a trans-whatever greeting or trying to comfort me. I’d take my business elsewhere. Once upon a time, this sort of thing used to be considered a psychological disorder.
Wow, it’s Mortisha!
Miss Thanatodgenis was better looking though.
The Loved One.
Johnathan Winters cracked me up.
I never “got” the Brooke Shields’ “attractiveness” - but no doubt her early child semi-porn movie helped to create an image for her.
Still don’t.
Far, far more beautiful women here in my small town Ohio.
Everyone has different tastes. I don’t find her especially beautiful, either.
It reminds me of this old Phil Hartman funeral home commercial on Saturday Night Live.

However, compared to the subject of this article ...
i thought the article was to be about a person having an amputation before burial in a dress
Transgender? No such thing......it is a mentally ill man in a dress.
I agree. Just once.....just once, why don’t these lgbt jerks think of OTHERS first instead of themselves? Is this what a greiving family wants to see?
The lgbt creeps are thinking only of themselves as the push their agendas.
Eventually they’ll pass a law REQUIRING us to use the services that employ freaks and queers.
