Agreed, that has been the norm with Bush who was a left leaning RINO. He never cleaned house in those departments. And the RINO legislators never did anything to stop it. As a result we’ve had over 23 years of leftist rule making, non-stop.
If we are lucky enough to get a Cruz or Trump in power, they will likely turn DC upside down which means major agencies and bureaucracies will get new leaders appointed that are not leftists. The employees must tow the new line or get canned.
Ditto, if we get Trump or Cruz, I’m gonna buy Orville Redenbacker stock.
