It doesn’t work like that. The state wide winner gets 18 delegates. Then the winner of each congressional district gets 3 delegates. So, even Kasich could get some delegates if he wins a CD.
Where the hell is the whoa master Cruz getting all these votes.....I didn’t see massive lines of people waiting to get into his rallies....or thousands of people being turned away because of full house audiences like Trump had?????

After checking I find that Wisconsin has voted for Democrats since 1988 in the General Election.

No line for me at 8am, just parked my car, walked in, gave name, showed id, repeated address, got number, picked up ballot, walked to booth, marked my ballot, walked over to machine, placed the ballot in, got my sticker and left.

Not everyone who goes to a trump event votes for him. I went to see him in OKC, but voted for cruz.....
