But feel free to celebrate your upcoming landslide Trump victory until reality interferes with your dream.
I’m a Cruz supporter, so take this with a grain of salt if you choose.
The issue with online polls is that your get a sample of the population with an unknown skew. That is, it is probably not representative. Consider, for example, the frequent calls here to freep a poll.
All of the math behind polling statistics is based on a truly random sample, where the bias is within certain bonus and is not expected to be in one direction or the other. So a professional poll executed by conscientious pollsters will have more validity than an online poll with twenty times as many respondents.
We all know this is a conspiracy concocted by:
1: The Establishment Republicans
2: FoxNews
3: Ted Cruz
4: MSNBC
5: Ice Fishermen
6: All American vets of the Spanish American War
7: Every 14th person in the telephone book.
After all, it is soooo obvious, especially the Ice Fishermen.

Your question is based on a false premise. Trump has never threatened to run 3rd party UNLESS he was screwed over by the establishment GOP first at the convention.
Even then, I'd doubt he'd run 3rd party. But what's certain is that a lot of Trump supporters will stay home or write his name in the general. If Hillary wins, so be it.

The 2 risky primaries for Trump are Indiana and Wisconsin where Cruz does his Holy roller routine. Both are open primaries.
