I’d have to drive out of NYC/USSR quickly though before bridges shut down.

No Longer Tin Foil! several neutron bombs over the US will leave America without electrical power and leaving the infrastructure unscathed. In sight of a couple of weeks following the blasts Americans will be turning their millions of weapons on each other to defend themselves and to kill for food and water. The US military once had an arsenal of Neutron weapons until President GH Bush ordered them ALL destroyed. Why would he do that??
