While stumping for GOP front-runner Donald Trump, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin was speaking to a group of mostly establishment conservatives, and she ended up silencing the room after revealing a damning secret about Sen. Ted Cruz’s past that he didn’t want out.
During her speech, the audience remained quite quiet as Palin explained to them the importance of not falling for deception, which they would be doing if the supported Cruz and his weak and opportunistic position on immigration. Evidence of his position, as Palin explained to the crowd, was when he accompanied Glenn Beck in McAllen, Texas to hand out gift baskets to illegals.
Almost immediately, Twitter blew up with mockery of Palin as establishment conservatives circled the wagons to protect their guy. Check out some of the replies:

Nope. Jeff Sessions, Phyllis Schafley, Sheriff Joe, Sarah Palin, Ann Coulter, Chris Christie, Ben Carson, Franklin Graham and many more endorse Trump.
There is a very strong reason why each of these people chose Trump over Cruz.
He’s now a Cruz zombie who mindlessly roams the halls of FR looking for any dissent to Ted.
He admits he’s a bundles for Cruz, so what’s your problem? That someone has exposed him? His posts are from someone intimately tied to the Cruz campaign, and need to be viewed that way. He’s not just another nutty Cruz supporter. He’s closely tied to the campaign.
Sarah Palin has not changed, she is still the courageous voice of the truth. It’s you that is standing with Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, Lindsey Gram, Paul Ryan, Nicky Haley, Golden Sachs and The Club for Growth against us that are standing with Sarah Palin, Jeff Sessions, Ben Carson, and Donald Trump.
I almost felt bad for her watching a YouTube of the speech. She started with some GB Packers pandering that went over like a lead balloon.
The only time during the speech that she got any reaction was when she talked about beating Hillary.
To be fair, some did stand at the end of her speech, but it was lukewarm at best.

You can not willingly misinform or lure people to make donations without full disclosure .

You apparently did not read or comprehend what I wrote. People were not coming across the border to get a freaking teddy bear and soccer ball. They were coming across because Obama was offering amnesty. Cruz was trying to show low info voters how many children were pouring across the border alone. Cruz said very clearly that they were all illegal and he would deport them back to Mexico, so I don’t know what you are yelling about.
