I’ll pledge not to do drugs - I probably take only 1 aspirin a year - don’t like to take any drugs or meds and don’t (knock wood right now I don’t have to do so). That said, I’m a LOT older than they are and I’m not giving up my Scotch, wine and occasional glass or 2 of champagne ;-)

Thanks, I was wondering why he remarked like that on a Trump rally gathering. I was mad at Rush always acting like he takes all peoples calls and actually he doesn’t want to hear from Trump people praising Trump. Rush has really changed or I just haven’t noticed since before Trump exposing the real establishment people. Rush is a fake sadly.

I agree. And, apparently there were a lot of people outside (I think he said in the mall) that could hear him as well (they answered back when he asked). While a small venue, between in and outside the venue, CSPAN and various internet sites, I think he reached quite a few people today, and from the callers on CSPAN, it seems that he did so in a positive way.

Smiling. You are truly kind and sweet. My old Victorian has its original tin (metal roof) which rarely cause me any trouble, but the add on’s over the porches most assuredly do!

Unfortunately, this new leak appears to be at the seam where the add-on meets the original tin and it leaks into the kitchen! *ugh* Nothing I can hide.

I can get to it by myself from the outside staircase going up to the second story balcony and porch. I think I can “hot tar” it by myself and apply new shingles. I found extras in the workshop along with the proper nails.

I’m caramelizing 5 lbs of onions with small sweet and hot peppers. Sipping on a Tomaiolo Chianti from Italy 2011. Will probably at some point add red sauce that I canned from the last time, and let that simmer. From there? Keep as a sauce or move it into a nice chili with lamb, turkey, pork and lean ground beef mixed in a nice Currie seasoning. YOu don’t need to ever taste test, just the smell tells you what you’re getting.

That really sounds good. Now I am hungry.

For the Bush years Rush would get on Bush as we all did about not telling us more about his accomplishments, defending lies the Democrats would say over and over and letting people know his visits to the hospital to see the wounded and so many things. Now when Trump is doing so many things Rush pushed Rush dogs Trump. Rush was a fake as I say. I was fooled.

I started to listen to Rush in 1989 and have NOT turned him on in MONTHS now and shan't be back.

I also used to buy his books; that too is now a NEVER MORE ! He can die, for all I care.
