Logic 101. Obama wants to change the world. Obama says a nuclear attack would change the world. Therefore a nuclear attack is almost guaranteed.

The question is: WHEN and WHERE?
It would certainly go along with the theories about Zero wanting to declare martial law, halt the elections, and declare himself Prez for Life. A nuke strike on an American city would be just the ticket.
