The question is: WHEN and WHERE?
It would certainly go along with the theories about Zero wanting to declare martial law, halt the elections, and declare himself Prez for Life. A nuke strike on an American city would be just the ticket.
Obama plans to be in Latin America yukking it up with his communist pals in November and December.
In July of 2008 he said he would be POTUS for “the next 8 to 10 years”. Which could only happen if something catastrophic happened before a new POTUS could be inaugurated.
Like in November or December of his last term...
