That said, wasn't it the Trump camp who dared this lady to file charges? They went after her on twitter?

Then yesterday it came out the prosecutor is a Hillary person- duh, the whole county is a democratic hack machine. That is why some warned Trump not to dare Fields to file charges..

My point, is Trump has turned this a little thing to a story with legs.

CNN had a full 1/2 hour program on all Trump’s campaign managers scandals. I didn’t know that he was involved in the Madoff scandal until today.

When did that happen?

The Prosecutor has not filed Charges. The Jupiter Police forwarded the Battery Charge to them for review.

They review the case and decide to move forward or not based on the likelihood that they could succeed in proving the Charge beyond a reasonable doubt.

I love how both the Cruz and Kasich Camps rush to Judgment as if we have Laws where Innocence rather than Guilt must be proved. Surprisingly, many FReepers have no problem with that concept when it comes to damaging a Candidate they do not support. The same could be said for FReepers who rush to Judgment on the Cruz Sex Scandal which up to this point is based on Gossip and Innuendo. Just my $.02, your Mileage may vary.
