The Judge slapped him and his attorney silly, through out his case and forced him to pay the plaintiffs legal fees. 80+ Thousand dollars worth. The RICO case is moving forward with Donnie being forced to be deposed last December and the case is scheduled for trial in June or July. This is the California Case, the other in N.Y. is also still pending.
