Dolly, thank you for sharing part of your life story with us. You write so beautifully. The hotel looks very warm and inviting. I know I’ve said this before, but I’m so thankful for our Trump Family. I spend much of my time as the primary/only caregiver for my husband. He has Parkinson’s Disease and dementia. He has maintained his kind and sweet personality. We never know what our life journey is going to entail, but God graced me with my loving husband and family and I’ll continue to try to meet the challenges... Coming on our forum and being a part of the Trump Family and sharing in the camaraderie is a blessing.

Bless you in your journey. I always wanted someone to grow old with , care for or vice versa.. I guess God just sees it differently. At my age and stage I am open but NOT at all anxious.
So happy you found love and life with someone special despite the downside of his current situation.
I admire anyone facing the challenge of caregiving one with Dementia.. Alz... For me it was hard enough in 20 years to take care of someone (mom)with a strong mind and will but to have that extra heartache must tear on you terribly
Hang with us here. We can give encouragement to each other and pray for each other.. not necessarily for solutions(although that is always nice) but to find peace, growth and joy in the travail.

In other words, our God is able to deliver us,
But if He chooses not to

He is still good

He still loves us.
So I surrendered the hopes and dreams I have concerning our nation and wrapped in the persona of His obedient servant, Donald Trump!
I thanked God for the past 9 months of joy and encouragement and hope I’ve had with Trump’s willingness to run this gauntlet of slings and arrows...praying all the time that ‘no arrow formed against him will stand’
I have been happier personally and for our nation these months than I have in a long long time!!
And as I thanked God and praised Him for even these months and trusting Him to know what is best for us in the future...
....I HAD SUCH PEACE.
And we know also, God did choose to deliver Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego from a fiery death.......even as they were bound and thrown in the fiery fiery furnace the hair of their heads were not even singed......and the King clearly saw a fourth man walking inside with them.....
God IS able...
And if He does not choose to....

yes.. that is a huge concern... also that he or a member of his family will be killed or badly wounded.
The folk supporting GOPe and the NWO are just blatantly lying and destroying this good man's truth. He offers an authentic (didn't say perfect) image of himself daily, but each attack is full of half truths, terrible omissions, and just outright lies.
We must pray for his strength. He too is on a journey. I think a part of it will be a spiritual deepening. It is one thing to be uncharge of a huge financial network and good family but it is quite another to be responsible for an entire nation.
God has prepared him for a time such as this
but we must also keep in mind that our nation is young and with the evil that is Islam we can't be so sure that all might be in closure.. We aren't guaranteed the centuries that other;s had. Rome, Greece.. all fell eventually.

I’ve thought about that. I know a lesser man would’ve said ‘screw it’, by now. I wouldn’t blame him a bit, to be honest.
But, he hasn’t....yet...because he knows the country is worth fighting for. Our founding ideals are still buried deep, in our bedrock. Trump knows that We the People - who remember America’s mettle and resolve - are willing to stand with him, to restore what’s great about this country.
If he does throw in the towel....and, again....I wouldn’t blame him, in the least, for all that’s been directed at him....then I’d say we deserve the country we’ve allowed ourselves to have. He’s tried, we’ve tried...and, at the end of the day we know we’ve all fought the battle.
God willing, and with His protection and guidance, Trump will persevere AND overcome, for the good of this nation. We don’t deserve it, but we can certainly pray for and rejoice in His grace and providence.
