As for Verglas, he’s concerned about the photo of Melania being shared without his permission. He says he has spoken to a lawyer about what he can do:

I never gave any approval for this image to be used anywhere else but GQ in the U.K. It puts me in a very weird situation as I have to protect my intellectual property and the privacy of Melania Trump … I don’t want those pictures to be used in certain ways which are inappropriate.
