And the GOPe who admitted they'd vote for Hillary rather than Trump got together, counted on their fingers and toes, realized that Trump would probably have more than the required number of delegates to win on the first vote, just voted for Hillary rather than Trump.
That's why the got cozy with Cruz after supposedly not liking him, they knew they could get Ted to lay the scandal they had tucked away for months at Trump's feet rather than at their feet. Now they're shooting at both Cruz and Trump at the same time and Ted is such a nitwit he's being played for a fool by the very GOPe folks he was so glad to welcome into "his" campaign in the past few weeks.
What this whole scam proves is that the crowd in DC is all about their staying in power and their being wealthy, to Hell with the whole country. They have the comfortable DC bubble where the money always flows freely, babes are always available for anyone connected, and none of the laws that apply to the rest of us intrude into the lives of the bubble dwellers.

Right. Funny how Cruz blames Trump, and I do not care if he did kickstart this old news, which has been circulating in the blogs for months, but this has Mitt Magicunderwear written all over it. I really hope Mittbag did it, because Cruz sold his soul to Mitt and his buds at the GOPe, and the poetic justice is just beautiful. Ted gets 0 pass on this one. I am sure many will attempt to play it down with crap like, well Trump did it too blah blah blah. Only problem is Mr Ted Cruz Rising of the Priesthood Mormon Prophecy Fulfilled played the holier than thou elitist card just a little too shamelessly. F him.

This is SO stinky and outlandish that it also makes him not look good by way of making the GOP primary look like some kind of freak show farce at this point.
Seriously, this doesn’t actually help anyone, and it hurts everyone.
If I was going to suspect anyone being the source of this at all, I would suspect the GOPE, who wants to blow the primary up at this point, and select whoever they want at the convention.

First, the story is "sources say" and "alleged" and blurry pictures.
Then the guy has to forcefully deny.
Then there will photographic evidence, probably of he and the woman leaving that restaurant together on 4 or 5 different days.
Which will require a bit of two-step in response by the guy. And more eyebrows will be raised in scepticism
Then, still shots of the sex tape.
The guy is therefore ruined, "not because of sex, but because he lied and can't be trusted."
The National Enquirer drags out two weeks or more in through-the-roof sales on this story, and the guy is twisting in the wind... waiting for the next high heeled shoe to drop.
Once it is all over, the Capitol Hill staffers and non-scooping reporters talk about how they knew it all along.

I heard there is a recording that may ne released of him visiting a woman in a hotel room.
That reminded me of a story I saw a few months ago. The lawyer for the DC madam filed a judicial conduct complaint to lift the judges gag order on her little black book so he can release the 815 names from her records. He thinks the black book of clients from a D.C. escort service "could be relevant" to the presidential race — but he's not allowed to say why.

Seriously if the head count gets any higher than 8 color me getting sceptical. I just don’t see that many women wanting to jump Ted’s bones. I mean we are not talking Keanu Reeves here. At some point it gets ridiculous.
Also, I wonder if Cruz used campaign cash to pay for the hooker, or if he was self-funding?
