I realize many on this forum believe that Cruz was responsible for the Melania Ad in Utah, probably even chose the nude image himself! Cruz vehemently denies it, but politics ain’t bean bag, as they say...

But, does anyone think that Trump’s tweets and the re-tweet of the unflattering image of Heidi Cruz will help him with women in this election season? Trump may be doing fine with woman who are part of his current constituency in the Republican primary, but these Twitter antics only reinforce the notion the Trump is deep-down a pathetic misogynist....hello Rosie O’Donnell!

How can the country get behind a President who does not appear to have the self-control his angry childish urges?

I know Trump has awakened a sleeping giant in this country because of his views on illegal immigration and jobs. But, there is another candidate who is in close agreement with Trump on these major concerns and who will build the wall, tighten our borders, and change the tax code to bring back jobs and enhance business growth...all without the reality show drama! I hope that Trump supporters will re-consider Ted Cruz! Cruz has shown in the Senate that he will do what he promised during his Senate campaign. How many of these guys in Washington do that?

“Grow up”

I’m not sure if he can. At 69 years old, this is just who he is.

Mothers every where raise their children NOT TO BE like Trump. How many grown men do you know who constantly brag about themselves and cut down others?
It is a woman thing. When he mocked the disabled reporter and lied about it he totally lost me.

If Trump is the nominee, the Gender Gap will become the Gender Grand Canyon.

This response is quite uncharacteristic of Trump.

When I saw the GQ pictures, I thought he would brag about Melania’s photo-shoot. He would tell people to envy him for having such a gorgeous, sexy wife.

Why? Heck in the past, He has never been shy in boasting about bagging women (married or unmarried) or expressing vivid verbal admiration of their body parts.

He even openly boasted about cheating on his then wife.

This casino-mogul/strip-club-owner-turned-“conservative” surely would normally take pride in Melania’s GQ spread.

Why so angry all of a sudden?

Very well stated! Trump==reality show drama! I watched one episode of his TV show and I was so turned off by him that the thought of him in the Oval Office is terrifying.

Donald talks about her looks as though Heidi is ugly - that does make women angry.

_________________________________________________________

You don't understand men at all. Men like to be proud of their wives and their wives looks is a part of what makes them proud. Men buy their women expensive jewelry in part to help them look good and be proud that their women can wear it. Cruz and his pacs attacked Trumps wife first, it would be unnatural to expect Trump to do less.

As far as women problems go, if the story about Cruz and his 5 mistresses is true you will find it very hard to find a woman that will vote for Cruz. Hiding a mistress is natural I suppose but it is distasteful when the cheater is found out. If you will lie to your own wife what will you do to the country and those who support you? There is no person that supports a person more than a wife her husband. If this turns out to be true( Cruz's mistresses) then I really hope their marriage survives but I wouldn't bet on it.

What about Hillary’s problem with the male vote?

I’m a conservative with both a young son and a daughter. I strive every day to teach my son not to act as Trump does. His behavior in this department is overshadowing all other issues on which he (correctly) stands. At this point he cannot possibly bring out “new voters” that will compensate for his hemorrhaging of female support and those who actually care about acting like a gentleman.

The actual poll. See PDF page 13-14.

Among Republican women, Trump is 59% positive versus 40% negative (31% strongly negative). Cruz, among Republican women (page 14), is 57% positive versus 42% negative (14% strongly negative).

On page 28, Cruz loses to Clinton among women 40-55%, while Trump is 33-60.

OK..

But these measurements aren’t just Repub voters. His appeal to the overall electorate is limited.

On this same poll, 53% of the general population would vote for Clinton vs 41% voting for Trump.

It is just a poll but it is also a little scary. 4 more years of a democrat in office doesn’t excite me.

I would think that applies to any republican. Weren’t McCain and Romney supposed to get the “moderates” on board. Didn’t work then.

Killary 45%
Kasich 51%

Where do these answers come from.

And Trump's bombastic attacks aren't going to win him the election now. That's the bottom line.

“Killary 45%
Kasich 51%”

I saw that as well. Interesting. Actually, the whole poll was interesting. I read through it and there were a couple of surprises.

Keep in mind that Trump hasn't really started on Hillary.
