The president of Emory University has spoken to demonstrators who said they were frightened after someone wrote 'Trump 2016' in chalk around campus.
Students at the Atlanta school, which has an enrollment of more than 14,000 claim their 'safe space' was violated when the messages appeared on sidewalks and buildings.
Jim Wagner, president of the Atlanta university, wrote Tuesday that the students viewed the messages as intimidation, and they voiced 'genuine concern and pain' as a result. He acted after student government wrote to him and slammed the university's response, prompting a meeting that led to protests. Now administrators want to track down those responsible for the controversial markings. But some commentators on the university's student newspaper website told the students to grow up and accused them of being babies.

Conservative college students are confronted all the time and even threatened with violence - just see what usually happens when a conservative tries to speak on campus - the speaker and conservative students will almost certainly be disrupted by an angry mob and it is not too unusual for the speaker to receive death threats.

I had my share of conscripts when I was stationed at Fort Lewis as the Vietnam war was winding down. (I was a second looie who made first looie just as I was getting out.) Some had “a case of the ass,” but some of them found a purpose in life. It was a mixed bag.
They’re trying to equate Trump support with hate speech so they can ban Trump support on campus.
These kids would scream right back into the D.I.'s face just daring the D.I.'s to touch them, Just like they do to the police. A D.I. will get NJP and possibly a court marshall for mishandling a recruit.
