How many delegates for American Samoa? Did it vote yet?

According to an article here (scroll down to 10:15 a.m.), their delegates are unbound, though one is endorsing Trump and one is endorsing Cruz.

American Samoa is where America’s day ends. It straddles the International Date line. They won’t be voting until tomorrow morning at earliest.

I think it’s 8 hours behind the East Coast. So 4pm = 9 am there. So figure they start voting around 2 am Eastern Time (7 pm) their time. There’s no information about where the convention is being held or what time it starts.

Last “Convention” was at a restaurant. Had about 70 participants. No joke.
