I hope a Trump administration will outlaw computer voting. Where I’m at we have nice fill in the bubble ballots that can be both optically scanned and hand counted.

Well, first of all, neither any Presidential administration nor the Congress can “outlaw computer voting”, as it is not their place to set voting laws in the states. The individual states set their own voting laws. Also, we all saw what happened with paper ballots in the Bush vs Gore debacle.
That’s what we had in FL, a paper ballot that gets scanned. They also check photo ID and you have to sign your name.
