This situation is such a clear violation of the first Amendment. All Freedom Loving Americans should be outraged.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”
Some might say there is a religious component, both LaVoy Finicum and the Bundy’s are Mormon. I am not convinced that has much to do with the issue. It is just a side-note but Christians are under attack with the current administration.
They were exercising their right to Free Speech, even if it is offensive to some that doesn’t prohibit their right to say it.
They were Peaceably assembling with other like minded citizens.
They were petitioning the Government for redress of grievances-Free the Hammonds, stop the abuse of the BLM, the Forest Service, the FBI and other government agencies in general. (Through an Act of Civil Disobedience.)
This is the truth of what they were doing. Just because the “authorities” have tried to portray them as domestic terrorists does not make it so.
We need a deterrent for the Oregon State Police and FBI agents involved so this doesn’t happen again.

Sadly court is something to look forward to however, these political prisoners -some who never had so much as a speeding ticket are being held unjustly. Some have/are being held in solitary confinement. Very few have been released on bond.
So, it appears the FBI is as corrupt as the IRS, the Just Us Dept, the Congress, the presidency, the MSM, and Wall Street.

It would appear there will be only one way out of this.
In the documents released by the Sheriffs office, the officers discuss when they first became involved in the “incident”. It was definitely a planned ambush. They mention the use of ladders as in shooting ladders to have a better shot at their target.
I have a facebook friend who took pictures of the scene and you can clearly see where they cut tree limbs off to secure a clear shot.
It’s disgusting-Michele Fiore and other elected officials met with the FBI, Judge Grasty and others on Jan 9 with offer to help negotiate. They were told no negotiations. The authorities said the protesters just need to go home.
Judge Grasty nastily says to the elected reps of Coalition of Western States, “Who invited you here?”
He also refers to the protesters as “terrorists” which the reps called him out on. His response was well people need to quit calling the BLM terrorists because he has family who work there. Imagine that, one of the instigators/insiders has family with the BLM.

The Democrats will murder Americans to enforce their will on us.
Anyone who supports the Democrat Party supports murder as a government policy.
Any member of the Press that helps the Democrat Party supports the Democrat policy of murder as a tool of the government.

While they try to say that these GOP politicians were in on the planning there is no proof of that.
I did find some interesting names of friends that are listed with this group. One is Gavin Seim-listed as their media rep. Gavin and Kris Anne Hall were the ones on the live feed talking the last four out of the refuge.
Kathy, this is a foregone conclusion. They know they will get away with murders as they have many times before.
The men who rightfully stood up to them knew they would be murdered, too.

Will be interesting to see if anything comes of this, in terms of our inept government agencies and another colossal fail. Last week there was an article or Fox 12 news story stating the FBI had an excuse for not knowing if they fired shots at LFs vehicle, as they did not perform the normal daily weapons and ammunition inventory, which is SOP, the morning of this unfortunate event?

Both of your posts are spot on. For whatever reason, perhaps the FBI HRT has many recent additions that actually were tier 1, the way they handled this situation was inexcusable. It was CLEARLY set up as an ambush, and unfortunately, they most likely achieved their desired outcome, that is, making an example of Finicum. The video taken from inside the truck, with visual and audio of the rounds hitting the windows and body of the truck, is very very bad news for those who designed this domestic operation. Let’s hope and pray that justice will prevail.
