TALLAHASSEE

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi on Monday became the first big-name Republican official in the state to endorse Donald Trump for president.

At a rally in her hometown of Tampa, the state’s top legal officer — the woman Trump called “the most popular person in Florida, by far” — praised the Republican front runner as an outsider who will keep Americans safe.

Ok, I was hoping for some local view of Bondi.

From where I sit on the West Coast, it appeared that Bondi was complicit in putting an innocent man on trial (and ruining his life) just to assuage some race-baiters who threatened to riot. Not my idea of an excellent attorney general.

I have met her several times and had a few in-depth discussions with her. She is up front and says what she thinks. I like her.

“She’s a total RINO hack who endorsed Romney last time, while the primary election was still competitive.”

As I recall she was very pro Romney and very anti- Conservative and Newt Gingrich.

But oh, yeah. We can *totally* trust the corrupt guy to clean up the corruption once he gets in power.

” I like her.”

Yeh I especially liked her when she tried to railroad George Zimmerman into prison.

Pam Bondi 2012: “Mitt Romney has the vision and experience necessary to turn our economy around and restore prosperity to our nation,” Bondi said. “Gov. Romney will bring principled leadership and conservative values to the White House, and I am honored to support his candidacy for president.”

I’m talking about her endorsing Romney in the primary. Real early too, January 8, 2012. Only Iowa had voted by then.

Yes, that would make her a “rino hack”, especially coupled with her attacks on Newt. I believe she attacked Newt over his pointing out the need to dump liberal judges. She liked Mitt and liberal judges now she likes Trump and liberal judges. She may believe Trump will appoint her to a judgeship and she can be a liberal judge.

I would suggest she is broader minded than those with extremely narrow point of view

she is an indication the Trump team is broadening the base of support

That is a good indication
