LaVoy Finicum has been swept under the rug by this vile administration.
The man was waist-deep in snow, essentially immobilized, and completely surrounded by troopers and federal agents.
He never reached for a gun...he reacted to bullets piercing his torso. A complete miscarriage of justice.

not to mention Jay that his vehicle was fired on at the first stop when he had his hands out the window, unarmed- after which he took off only to meet another hail of gunfire up the road- He jumped out of the vehicle and ran as far from it as he could in order to draw their fire AWAY from the vehicle and those inside the vehicle-

both times he was acting in an effort to protect those in the vehicle but it didn’t do much good because police and FBI turned their guns on the vehicle after lavoy was down- it was a miracle that noone else in the vehicle was murdered-

Agree hew could have easily been tackled. That was plowed snow which is very difficult to walk in. I can see hands up “shoot me” to protect his companions who were under fire for no reason. A government “good shoot” murder no matter how it is played. What a legacy Horiuchi and company are making for themselves. Everyone wants to do is go home to their families at night.
