It’s almost like someone beat Todd Palin to within an inch of his life, making sure to leave him alive but forever changed. Sort of as a gift to Sarah, maybe after not endorsing someone. Sort of.
Perhaps I read too many crime fiction novels, but I do wonder at all the hidden aspects of this story. It is surprising that the mystery witness, who saved Todd, has not come forward.
It doesn’t matter. He’s an advocate. He’s adamant about riding with a partner.

Yes. The Palins of course can dance with whomever they wish as they aren’t public officials at this point, however it would be nice to know who it was, and if perhaps it was a riding partner as Todd Palin from past reading is adamant about riding with a partner be it family, friends, etc.
Seems to me the “mysterious” person that found Todd might have been someone riding with him they don’t want known for whatever reason. It’s their call, but has aroused curiosity.
Either way, people's thoughts ought to be cocerned with Tod's recovery and the Palin family.....

He wasn’t in a race, he was just riding. No partner. During the race, they have to have a team. It’s the rule.
I’m selfishly thinking the need to take care of Todd is probably is going to take her out of contention for a cabinet position.

I think if he can get through the next week or two without complications such as pneumonia or blood clots, he’ll heal up well enough before next January.

Glad there were no head/spine injuries but he has enough to keep him in pain for a while...even though he IS tough!

god grief, what’s all the stretching for some conspiracy theory? there are still some free places out there - God’s Country - where a man (or woman) can ride a horse, bike, snowmobile/machine like the devil just because they can... big deal - it’s just damn fun. it’s freedom (no safety buddy required)
